I’ve reviewed my three words and decided I don’t like two of them enough to keep.
I’m replacing urgency and focused.
It’s not that I don’t find those words important, but once I committed those terms to words and video, I realized that they were not strong enough for my 2015 goals. I also already used focused two years ago.
Instead, I’m replacing them with: Expanded and Diligent
I’ll explain…
Expanded
Expanded refers to my ability to reach outside of my circle, sometimes by way of my circle.
It means focusing my company marketing efforts on finding new audiences outside of the current one.
It means expanding our offerings to include products.
It means writing my book.
I means so many things. But most importantly, it means personal growth, the ability to do more and accomplish more.
Diligent
The most important word is diligence.
Without it, new years resolutions, turn to February disappointments.
Diligence means sticking with it, forming new habits and committing to the changes.
- Outbound
- Expanded
- Diligent
All of my three words are important, but without diligence, they don’t mean much.
